We buy the in-market data, screen it, text it, call everyone who answers, qualify them on a recorded line, and hand your staff a finished intake. You see every dollar and everyone we lost on the way.

Presented by Luka Lah and Carmine · MyNewStaff is a marketing company, not a law firm
Not a list. Not a click. A person who answered the phone, confirmed they are who we were looking for, described what happened to them, and asked for help — with the recording attached so your intake lead can hear it before anyone calls back.
The specimen beside this is a schema, not a client record. Real delivered files belong to the firm that paid for them and are never shown to anyone else — which is the same protection your firm gets.
A real call from the live operation. All six minutes and forty-seven seconds of it, uncut. Brooke qualifies the caller, then hands her to Sofia for the intake. Judge the questions, the pacing and the handoff by ear. This is one call, not a measure of campaign performance.
You will hear the caller’s name and contact details, because gathering exactly that is what an intake call is for. Played with the permission of the firm whose campaign produced it — and we will not use your firm’s calls in demonstrations or sales material without yours.
Most people selling you leads blur these five words together, and the blur is where your money goes. We hold them apart in the contract, on the dashboard and in every number on this page.
| Word | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| Purchased record | A person in the licensed in-market file. Costs $0.39. Has told us nothing yet. |
| Reply | Any response to the first text, including “who is this”, a wrong number, and STOP. |
| Qualified lead | A live call confirmed three things: the right person, a real incident, and that they want help. |
| Completed intake | Name, callback, email and the incident taken down and delivered with the recording. This is what you buy. |
| Signed client | Yours. Your intake staff, your judgement, your engagement letter. We do not promise it and we do not price it. |
Every stage throws people away. That is the point of it. By the time a file reaches your desk, roughly nine thousand records have been reduced to the handful of people who picked up the phone and said yes — and you can see exactly where the rest went.
Figures shown are for one $5,000 campaign phase. Measured means we have run it. Not yet measured means the stage exists and works, but we will not quote you a loss rate for your firm before we have one. The ledger fills these in with your real numbers from the first week.
Here is the honest split between what we have proven and what we have not. A firm that cannot tell the difference is a firm that gets sold a forecast.
| What we have | What it proves | What it does not |
|---|---|---|
| 10 replies per 1,000 records Measured | A real response rate on the current data feed. | That 1% become qualified leads. Replies include STOP and wrong numbers. |
| 3 completed files from 15 qualified replies Measured, small batch | Qualified replies do convert into delivered files. | A conversion rate you can plan on. Fifteen is fifteen. |
| A stack running for a live buyer Operating | The texting, calling, qualifying, recording and delivery all work in production. | That your offer, your city and your intake criteria will perform the same. |
| A second firm configured from the same template Deployed | A new firm is configured, not rebuilt. Days, not months. | Equal results. Different offer, different market. |
We will not show you the previous feed’s numbers next to the new one as a multiple. They count different things, and anyone who does that to you is hoping you will not check.
Everyone in this business will tell you they are careful. The difference worth paying for is a system that physically cannot do the unsafe thing. If the screening receipt does not match the list in front of it, the sender refuses the job — there is no override button for an impatient operator.
| The control | What it establishes | What it does not |
|---|---|---|
| Screening receipt bound to the list | That this exact list went through DNC and litigator screening. | It is not consent. Permission to contact is a separate question, answered before launch. |
| STOP suppression | The person is suppressed and queued work is cancelled across every channel. | It cannot reach a list you send yourself from somewhere else. |
| Opt-out brakes at 5.5% and 6% | The channel stops itself before a bad message burns your number. | It is a circuit breaker, not a quality score. |
| Dialler watchdog | Calling halts when the line stops reaching humans. | It will not tell you why. That is a human looking at it. |
| Recorded calls | A reviewable account of what was actually said to your prospective client. | Recording notice and retention are set with your counsel, per your states. |
Before a single message sends, your counsel signs off on contact permissions, recording practice, the states you are working and your bar’s advertising rules. We build to what they tell us. We are a marketing company; we do not advise you on any of that.
Twenty-two moving parts. Every one of them exists to make the next completed intake cheaper or more honest. You are not buying software; you are buying the assembled, running thing with someone watching it.
| Audience and permission | |
| The in-market data feed | People in your practice area showing live research activity, refreshed daily. Bought in your firm’s name for your niche. |
| Dedupe and offer assignment | One person is worked by one offer at a time. Nobody gets two different firms texting them through us. |
| DNC, litigator and suppression screening | Every record is screened before anything sends, and the screening is cryptographically tied to that exact list. |
| The shared opt-out ledger | Someone who opts out is suppressed across every campaign we operate, permanently, not just yours. |
| First contact | |
| English and Spanish first touch | Your approved wording, written to send as a single billable message, in the language the person actually speaks. |
| The sending window | Nothing sends outside 9am to 8pm ET. Calls stop at 9pm. |
| Reply handling and STOP | A STOP suppresses the person and cancels work already queued for them, in the same moment. |
| Opt-out brakes | The channel pauses on its own at 5.5% opt-outs and halts at 6%. It does not wait for someone to notice. |
| Qualification and intake | |
| Your own carrier number | A dedicated line for your firm. Not shared, not rotated through a pool. |
| Brooke, the qualifying call | Calls everyone who replies and establishes the three things: right person, real incident, wants help. |
| Sofia, the intake call | Takes the name, callback, email and the account of what happened, and reads the number back. |
| Retries that stop | Four attempts over seven days, three hours apart, then it lets go. Voicemail requeues once. |
| The dialler watchdog | Five dead calls, or twelve calls with no human, and the dialler disarms itself and raises an alarm. |
| Every call recorded | Your intake lead hears the conversation before deciding how to spend the callback. |
| Delivery and accounting | |
| The completed intake file | The deliverable. Contact details, the incident, and the recording, in the format your staff work from. |
| The live ledger | Spend, records, replies, qualified calls and delivered files, open in a browser whenever you want to look. |
| Configuration and operation | |
| Your offer, configured not rebuilt | Copy, personas, geography, languages, qualification questions and the intake script are all settings in one file. |
| Topic discovery | We test eight to fourteen angles against your market and keep the ones that produce qualified people. |
| Running the thing | Monitoring, optimisation and incident response while it is live. |
Three numbers and no retainer games. The data feed for your niche is bought in your name and passed through at what it costs; the rest of the setup is building and validating your own dedicated stack. Then two campaign phases, deliberately separated, because the first one is for learning and the second one is for production.
| Line | Amount | What it funds |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | $10,000 | The niche data feed bought for your firm ($4,000 of this, passed through at cost), plus configuration, number provisioning, screening, copy, both personas, your intake script, and launch validation. |
| Phase 1 · optimisation | $5,000 | Finding what works for your offer in your market: eight to fourteen angles tested, compared at a fixed 72 hours, losers frozen. |
| Phase 2 · production | $5,000 | Running the configuration that survived Phase 1, at volume, delivering intakes. |
| Feed subscription | $1,500/mo | Continued access to the live file. Billed monthly, separate from the campaign budget above. |
| Launch total | $21,500 | The three lines above plus one subscription month. Every further month adds $1,500 plus whatever campaign budget you authorise. |
A record costs $0.39 and its first text about $0.025, so every $415 you move away from media is a thousand fewer people reached. Voice minutes, the carrier line, screening and hosting have to come out of somewhere — here they are, visible, instead of appearing later as an overage.
| If replies convert at… | Completed intakes | Campaign cost each | All-in with the month’s feed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5% conservative | 4 | $1,111 | $1,444 |
| 10% planning midpoint | 9 | $556 | $722 |
| 20% strong | 18 | $278 | $361 |
Those three percentages are assumptions we chose, not rates we measured — the denominator includes wrong numbers and STOPs. The one real data point nearby is three completed files from fifteen already-qualified replies, and fifteen is too few to plan a law firm around. Phase 1 exists to replace this whole table with your own numbers.
We will not tell you what a case is worth to you, and you should be suspicious of any vendor who does. You know your close rate on an intake that came in warm, and you know what a matter nets you after costs. Put them in and the break-even falls out.
| Against a $6,500 month | Result |
|---|---|
| Signed matters from those intakes | 1.4 |
| Acquisition cost per signed matter | $4,815 |
| Net after acquisition | $4,300 |
| Close rate you need just to break even | 9.0% |
Gross settlement is not your fee, and your fee is not your margin — the figure to type in is what actually lands after costs. If the break-even close rate reads above 100%, that scenario does not work and we would rather you saw it here than four months in.
The gate between the two phases is the whole discipline. Phase 1 is allowed to fail: angles that produce nobody get frozen at six hundred people and we stop paying for them. Only a configuration that actually produced qualified people gets the production budget. If nothing clears the bar, we say so and you stop — that is a cheaper outcome than a year of politely invoiced noise.
Your offer in plain words, the states and counties you want, your intake criteria, where files should land, and your counsel’s sign-off on contacting people.
Buy the feed, provision your number, write and screen both languages, configure the two personas and your intake script, and run a test call you listen to before anything goes out.
The ledger is open in a browser: spend, records, replies, calls, delivered files. You do not ask us for a report, you look.
Five things get settled before this becomes a contract, and we would rather settle them with you than paper over them: your counsel’s position on contacting and recording, the states you are working, what your firm counts as a qualified intake, where files are delivered, and the exact ongoing service scope after Phase 2.
| Step | Money | |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Scoping call — your offer, your market, your intake criteria. We tell you if we think it will not work. | none |
| 02 | Counsel sign-off — contact permissions, recording, advertising rules, in writing. | none |
| 03 | Setup — feed bought, stack configured, test call you listen to. | $10,000 |
| 04 | Phase 1 — angles tested, cohorts matured, winners kept. | $5,000 |
| 05 | The gate — go, revise, or stop. Your call, on the evidence. | — |
| 06 | Phase 2 — production, intakes landing on your desk. | $5,000 |
